I audit inventory daily to prevent package loss and maintain SLA compliance for last-mile deliveries. I also manage vendor relationships, driver dispatching, and customer dispute resolution.

Previously, at Cyber & Digital Services Center, I processed legal documents, RUT tax registrations, and public filings for more than 50 daily customers. I streamlined digital filing, document formatting, and administrative workflows while maintaining high typing accuracy.

I'm building on six years of administrative and IT support experience through Data Engineering and Analytics coursework, including SQL, data manipulation, structured logic, and relational databases.
