I am an experienced operations manager and marketing professional with over a decade of leadership in language services, mass-media, communication and advertising. I combine project management, client relationship building and multilingual communication to deliver consistent, measurable results for clients and teams.

As Head of Operations, I lead a 19-person team, oversee project planning, budgeting, supplier negotiations and performance management while ensuring quality and data protection compliance. I founded and run a marketing agency with strong client retention and previously managed key accounts and creative teams for major regional clients.
