What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead complex billing operations, improve processes and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor analysts while partnering across Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales.

At Champion Energy Services, I manage billing operations across ERCOT, PJM, PPL, NYISO, ISO-NE, TX-RESI, and GLO. I specialize in TX-RESI, DUAL, INBR, and XBR billing while resolving escalations, reconciling accounts, and supporting C&I customer reporting.

I've supported iSigma-to-RM and RM-to-Kraken migrations through UAT, lead monthly tax testing, and partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales to improve reporting and automation. I also train colleagues, document processes, and mentor junior analysts on billing compliance and system usage.
