At Cisco (Randstad USA), I managed renewal and revenue data across Salesforce, SAP, CCW-R, and SUB UI. I validated renewal references and ATRs, initiated corrections for incomplete or invalid data, and used Excel to analyze datasets and monitor operational metrics.
At Lumen Technologies (Apex Systems), I gathered and validated forecasting data and maintained Excel reports to track trends. I also presented data through prebuilt Power BI dashboards; on my 2025 MSSQL project, I developed stored procedures and indexing schemas and modified database structures.
