What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate recruitment or procurement processes, work with international teams and stakeholders, and contribute through organized execution, supplier or candidate management, and KPI-driven improvement.

At Sophilabs, I manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes in a fully remote, international environment. I source candidates aligned with client requirements and prioritize fast turnaround.

I guide candidates from presentation through interviews, selection, offers, and contract signing. I also prepare candidates for client interviews through coaching and preparation sessions.

Previously, I supported procurement at The HEINEKEN Company and San Fernando, managing supplier quotations, purchase orders, tenders, and supplier follow-up. At San Fernando, I led the 2020 annual tender process for Christmas baskets with a budget of S/ 1 million.

I also bring customer experience analysis from Banco Falabella, where I reviewed loyalty and complaint KPIs and helped organize monthly service workshops. I work in Spanish and professional English, using SAP MM, Microsoft Dynamics, Recruitee, and advanced Excel.
