I am a Procurement and Strategic Sourcing professional with more than seven years of experience helping multinational companies optimize procurement operations, strengthen supplier relationships, and improve supply chain performance. Throughout my career, I have worked in both the FMCG and mining industries, managing procurement processes, international sourcing, imports, supplier negotiations, and category management.

Most recently, I worked at AB InBev, where I led procurement initiatives for the BEES Marketplace business. I was responsible for managing strategic suppliers, coordinating international procurement and import operations, overseeing multimillion-dollar procurement budgets, and collaborating with finance, logistics, commercial, and operations teams to ensure product availability and business continuity. I also led commercial initiatives that generated more than PEN 2.1 million in sales, negotiated improved payment terms with suppliers, maintained fill rates above 90%, and reduced stockout levels well below company targets.

Earlier in my career, I supported direct materials procurement for beer and non-alcoholic beverage production, contributing to strategic sourcing projects that generated more than USD 1 million in annual savings. My experience has given me a strong understanding of procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, contract management, spend analysis, and process optimization.

I recently completed my MBA in Strategic Leadership, which strengthened my business acumen, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills. I enjoy working in collaborative, data-driven environments where I can solve complex business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value through procurement excellence.
