What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people strategy, HR transformation, workforce planning, and operational HR in complex, global, regulated environments where I can partner with executives to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

I'm currently leading HR for Trident Energy Brazil's offshore and onshore operations, supporting 550 employees across workforce strategy, labor relations, talent, compensation, compliance, and HR operations.

Across SLB and Schlumberger, I've built centralized HR services supporting 10 countries in the Americas, Asia, and MENA, including leading teams of up to 54 HR professionals. I've delivered over US$3.6M in savings through organizational redesign, vendor optimization, automation, and process transformation.

I partner with executive and operational leaders to build workforce readiness, strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and align people strategy with business growth in regulated global environments.
