At MOBISERVE, I managed the SOTELMA project for Malitel, coordinating acquisition, engineering, civil works, solar power, telecommunications, field teams, and subcontractors. I delivered approximately 104 turnkey sites covering construction, electrification, and the installation and integration of 2G, 3G, and 4G.
I also oversaw maintenance activities for 230 sites and prepared preventive maintenance action plans. I managed project follow-up, risks, incidents, compliance, and project closure.
Previously, at INWI, I analyzed radio KPIs and implemented optimization solutions for mobile network performance. At Linfra Maroc, Qit solution, and Finatech Group, I coordinated maintenance and site integration activities, including 2G, 3G, and 4G deployments.
