At GE Vernova, I manage IT operations, enterprise support, infrastructure, and telecom services in Casablanca. I provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and coordinate incident resolution through ticket-driven processes.
I support Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 access, onboarding, deployments, VPN and GlobalProtect issues, while working with global IT teams and local suppliers. I also coordinate remote-site connectivity, IT assets, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice follow-up.
My background spans network monitoring, Cisco and Meraki environments, telecom solutions for remote sites, industrial IT/OT, and PI Historian support. Earlier, I supervised telecom network maintenance for the ONCF project and designed connectivity solutions with telecom and ISP providers.
