I'm motivated to contribute my radio-network and systems expertise to a new challenge, while working in a collaborative environment that values technical results and the human aspects of the role.

At inwi in Morocco, I optimize 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G NSA radio-network performance across accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput. I investigate interference, congestion, coverage gaps, hardware faults, and transmission issues while tuning parameters, balancing carriers, and supporting capacity expansion.

Across inwi, Huawei, Ericsson, and NSN, I have delivered radio optimization, drive-test analysis, frequency planning, Wi-Fi deployment, and network acceptance work. I bring 15 years of telecommunications experience and enjoy collaborating with transmission, core-network, field, vendor, and customer teams to improve end-to-end service quality.
