I've managed guest-facing hospitality operations across Istanbul, from reservations and reception at Dionysos Camping and Kok Kamp to restaurant operations at Mawaa.

At Mawaa, I run daily restaurant, kitchen, and front-of-house operations, including menus, purchasing, inventory, staff shifts, private events, and customer service. I also prepare food and desserts and resolve operational problems as they arise.

I founded Locus Travel and coordinated tours, airline reservations, airport transfers, drivers, events, and itinerary changes for international customers. Across tourism camps and transportation roles, I've supported arrivals, departures, room readiness, housekeeping, guest requests, and urgent travel needs.
