I’m looking for a fast-paced hospitality team where I can deliver exceptional customer service, keep improving operations, and grow into stronger leadership—drawing on my airline passenger support and restaurant management experience.

I’m a dynamic and adaptable hospitality and customer-service professional with experience across restaurants, international passenger support, and fast-paced, high-volume environments. After excelling in quickly mastering new tasks, I earned a rapid promotion to Restaurant Manager and learned how to run a restaurant with strong enthusiasm and teamwork.

My background includes international customer service with Turkish Airlines / Ground Services at Istanbul Airport, where I helped passengers get on planes smoothly, cooperated with flight attendants when needed, and resolved problems that occurred during flights. I also bring hands-on experience from bartending and waiter roles—taking orders, payments, reservations, multitasking under pressure, supporting kitchen and service operations, and training others while maintaining sanitation and a positive customer experience.
