At Western Michigan University, I conduct mixed-methods research across domestic and international evaluation projects. I integrate survey, quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data to assess program outcomes and support stakeholder decisions.

For the Evaluation of Internationalization at International Business College at South China Normal University, I conducted advanced quantitative analysis, including survey validation, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and statistical modeling. I also analyzed evaluations for the Gilmore Piano Lab and Go! After School Program.

As Consultant and Co-Founder at The QUINO VZ Consulting Firm, I led research and needs-assessment engagements for businesses, government institutions, educational organizations, and entrepreneurs. I developed recommendations from surveys, interviews, business records, reports, and secondary data.

Earlier, as Assessment and Data Management Assistant at CAUSES, I maintained assessment databases and analyzed program data for outreach initiatives. I also secured more than $600,000 in state and federal funding as Director of Economic Development for the Municipality of Minatitlan, and I’m currently completing dissertation research for my Ph.D. in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research.
