I’m an organized, detail-focused professional with experience coordinating across teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting new hires through onboarding at Cognizant. I’m a strong written and verbal communicator who handles sensitive information with discretion in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as Process Executive (PE-MAPS), I collaborate with Leads and SMEs to meet requirements accurately and on time, staying proactive whenever an active protocol is in place. I manage high-volume workflows daily, clearing overdue items and adjusting process priorities to protect turnaround times.

I also guide new hires through onboarding and process workflow via ongoing buddy sessions, supporting their transition into production with clear, patient communication. I maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling detail-heavy, time-sensitive tasks under deadline pressure, and I’m eager to bring this coordination and communication foundation to a Recruiting Coordinator role.
