At Sutherland Global Digital India, I architect and provide L3 support for the Windows infrastructure behind Entertainment Partners’ Production, Development, UAT, and Disaster Recovery environments. I work across on-premises, VMware, AWS, and Azure systems, and use BigFix and PowerShell to support patching and automate routine administration.
I lead P1/P2 incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to improve platform stability. During Sutherland’s acquisition transition, I helped maintain infrastructure stability with zero critical downtime, and received the Key Contributor Award for my technical contribution.
Previously, at Cignex Datamatics Pvt Ltd, I supported AON’s hybrid Windows environment and delivered enterprise data migrations with zero data loss. At Société Générale, I provided L3 support for business-critical Market Trading infrastructure and coordinated Disaster Recovery activities across regions.
