I’m an infrastructure engineer with 11+ years managing large-scale Windows Server estates and AWS cloud infrastructure. I blend deep Windows Server, SCCM/MECM, and VMware expertise with cloud automation to keep operations secure, compliant, and reliable.

I’ve owned end-to-end patch lifecycle operations for multi-thousand Windows fleets, sustaining consistent compliance SLAs through SCCM/MECM and automated AMI patch pipelines. I focus on zero-breach patch compliance and vulnerability remediation, including coordinated risk analysis and remediation across production environments.

In AWS, I drive infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform-based workflows and Jenkins-driven CI/CD patch pipelines. I’ve led zero-downtime VMC-to-EC2 migrations and managed the Windows fleet’s server builds, network allocation, monitoring, and performance management.

As a Technical Lead, I spearheaded enterprise Microsoft Defender rollout across managed servers and led cloud infrastructure operations for a major US insurance client. I also act as incident commander for P1 outages—bringing cross-functional resolution, stakeholder communication, and disciplined change/problem management to every release.
