Anand Pareek

I co-founded and scaled the physical EV delivery infrastructure that powers last-mile logistics for Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy, and Zomato across four Indian states—building an operator platform that grew from zero to 10,000+ vehicles.

At Hala Mobility, I built end-to-end deployment: procuring electric scooters from OEMs, integrating proprietary GPS hardware for real-time fleet tracking, and deploying home charging while scaling Hala-owned battery swapping stations and partner-hosted sites. I also developed the fleet management application that managed collections, utilisation, and operator performance across 10,000+ active assets.

I structured and negotiated long-term exclusive energy infrastructure partnerships with SAR Group, Sun Mobility, and Race Energy—covering station siting decisions, operational SLAs, and partner performance across a multi-party energy ecosystem. I also coordinated directly with DISCOMs to sanction high-load commercial power connections for faster go-lives.

To remove friction at scale, I led government liaison—negotiating bulk EV registration frameworks with state RTO authorities to enable high-volume hub-based registration. I raised approximately ₹50 crore in equity and debt across multiple rounds, and my work was recognized with five national industry awards.
