I oversee a nearly $5 million annual facilities and vendor budget with full purchasing authority and zero financial discrepancies across nearly nine years.
I keep executive operations moving through confidential correspondence, complex calendars, travel, security and access control, vendor contracts, facilities, and office-wide communications. My work enables senior leaders to lead, travel, and execute without operational concern.
Previously, I supported C-suite leaders at Flatiron Dragados, AMEC Foster Wheeler, and Lyntek while managing subcontract administration, supervising an eight-person administrative team, coordinating international travel, and leading marketing, graphic design, and web work. I work fluently in English and Spanish across financial services, engineering, construction, energy, higher education, and real estate.
