I am looking for a role that values analytical skills and offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

I am an Economics major with a strong background in retail management and youth program support. My experience includes working with Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, where I provided adaptable support across multiple classrooms in an after-school program. I am dedicated to maintaining a safe and engaging environment for students while effectively communicating with team members and parents to foster student success.

In my retail management roles at Xfinity, I analyzed store performance reports and revamped systems to improve underperforming metrics. I have a proven track record of organizing teams to enhance customer interactions and meet sales quotas. My leadership skills were further honed as I trained new hires and supported existing teams through constant changes in merchandise and systems.
