At Webb Fontaine, I lead strategy and delivery for AI-powered risk management and inspection products. I define capabilities including LLM-assisted workflows, ML-based risk scoring, anomaly detection, and automated targeting.
I conduct user research and product demonstrations with international government stakeholders, customs authorities, and enterprise clients. I also use Claude and other AI coding tools to rapidly prototype and test product ideas.
At IMEA Systems, I led product strategy and delivery across several digital products. I managed the engineering team building a subscription-based mobile video streaming product from scratch, which reached 300K paying subscribers, and led development of an AI-powered art valuation and market intelligence platform.
At Webb Fontaine, I owned the end-to-end lifecycle of a B2B payment platform integrating customs systems, banks, mobile money providers, and payment networks. Earlier, I translated property-management needs into PMS requirements at Deluxe Holiday Homes, contributed to projects at UNDP Armenia, and introduced macroeconomic dashboards at the Central Bank of Armenia.
