I lead AI initiatives in production for a fintech platform, taking products from hypothesis through rollout and measurement. I led the platform’s pivot to AI-based startup screening and support, including an LLM-as-a-Judge system that reached 92% expert-level accuracy and cut manual operations by 45%.

I also helped bring a paid multi-agent market-research tool into production, using search, critic and source-check agents to produce go/no-go business reports. A RAG-based onboarding support agent reduced support tasks by 15%, and this work received the largest Yandex AI Studio grant.

At Boomstarter, I own P&L, product and partnerships as CEO. Before that, as Director of Development, I owned the payment flow, including payments and reminders, payouts, KYC/AML, anti-fraud and buy-now-pay-later options with leading banks.

At CountryCom, I took a new eSIM telecom product to European and Asian markets, with pilots with Orange and Telefónica. I do the product work myself, from customer interviews and specs to prototypes, instrumentation and the final call, and take products to production with engineering teams.
