At Hire Horatio, I assisted Bilt Rewards app users with pending payments, electronic transfers, and checks issued to property managers and landlords. I responded to inquiries through live chat, a ticket management platform, and inbound calls.

I also assisted with claims investigations and resolutions, and helped members understand benefits such as rent reporting for credit scores and neighborhood dining perks.

At CCD Health, I provided bilingual customer service for imaging patient calls, diffused conflicts, and handled complex inquiries. I also supported appointment scheduling and claims resolution while maintaining HIPAA compliance with sensitive medical records and insurance prior authorizations.

I’m completing a Higher Technician in Business Administration program at TEP - PUCMM. I’m open to any role where my background is the strongest fit.
