What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a sales or customer-facing role that leverages my cash-handling, admin and people skills, with growth and learning opportunities.

I’m an enthusiastic, punctual sales and customer service professional with experience in sales, retentions, bar service and basic administration. Since moving to Portugal in February 2022 I’ve worked in bars and previously held roles at The Times and The Sunday Times as a Sales and Retentions Agent, where I handled customer service, payment issues and built rapport to identify suitable solutions.

I’m responsible and adaptable, with proven experience handling money, organising diaries, ledger keeping, invoice entry and chasing overdue payments. I value teamwork and leadership developed through National Citizen Service training, and I’m now seeking opportunities to deepen my sales knowledge and grow in a role that better matches my strengths.
