I'm seeking opportunities to continue developing my skills and grow professionally in hospitality or other demanding customer-service environments, contributing to the success and reputation of the teams and companies I work with.

I've supported guests and hotel operations at NEYA Lisboa Hotel and The Beautique Hotels, managing reservations, arrivals, departures, billing, concierge services, and guest communications.
