Amy Sarac

I am a dedicated professional with a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and over two years of specialized experience as an Investigator at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. My work focuses on enforcing federal laws related to civil rights, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EPA, GINA, and PWFA. I have developed a solid understanding of these statutes, which allows me to conduct thorough investigations and ensure justice and equity in the workplace.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed a caseload of around 70 cases at any given time, demonstrating my ability to prioritize assignments and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I thrive in both independent and team environments, and I am passionate about problem-solving and finding solutions to complex issues. My academic background in Cultural Anthropology has equipped me with critical thinking skills and a unique perspective on cultural dynamics, which I apply in my professional endeavors.
