I've created adult-learning courses on investing, risk management, technical analysis, and trading, building complete curricula, presentations, participant guides, exercises, assessments, and learning resources.

At IM Mastery Academy, I designed and delivered virtual training programs, facilitated live workshops, and coached adult learners across experience levels. I also managed onboarding, training, and development for a team of more than 30 participants while standardizing training practices and aligning educational initiatives with leadership goals.

My background includes translating complex healthcare procedures and medical-device information into clear guidance at CVS Health, as well as using spreadsheets and automation tools to improve processes.

I've also completed training in project management and information security analysis, bringing stakeholder management, risk assessment, data literacy, and technical problem-solving to my learning design work.
