I am an experienced commerce educator and HR professional with a strong background in placement coordination, project supervision, payroll processing, and training. I blend academic teaching with practical HR operations to help learners and organizations achieve measurable outcomes.

As Head of Placement and Project Coordinator at Roots Degree College, I mentored students, evaluated projects and presentations, developed curriculum and learning content, and ran interactive multimedia training sessions to improve student employability.
