I'm an IT and Operations leader with over 20 years of experience building the operational backbone that lets ambitious organizations transform — spanning global SaaS, financial services, telecom, and higher education.

My career has followed a consistent thread: taking on expanded mandates and building functions from the ground up. I started as a Quality Analyst and rose through Operations Manager to General Manager at ResponseTek Networks, a global Customer Experience Management SaaS company, where I personally founded and scaled its India operations from 2 people to a 100+ person team over seven years — building Configuration, Support, QA, and Delivery functions from scratch. In that role, I owned delivery for major global clients including HSBC, Barclays, Vodafone, WestJet, ANZ, and Rogers across EMEA, APAC, and North America, sustaining zero critical SLA breaches over 12 years while managing budget, headcount, and client relationships end-to-end.

I later moved into higher education, joining Plaksha University in Mohali, India — first as Senior Manager for Product, then Interim IT Head, and now Associate Director. In this role I've rebuilt IT strategy and governance from the ground up a second time: delivering ₹37L+ in annual cost savings by building in-house technical capability, achieving zero audit findings across two consecutive institutional audits, and getting our IT Policy approved by the Board of Governors — a policy now benchmarked across 30 Indian universities. I led our Academic ERP go-live with zero-glitch student registration for two consecutive years, migrated our LMS platform in 30 days with zero academic disruption, and delivered 11 in-house process automations across 7 departments.

What energizes me most is the work at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating ambiguous transformation goals into structured programs, and structured programs into teams that deliver reliably under pressure. I'm equally comfortable setting technology roadmaps with senior leadership and rolling up my sleeves on delivery details, and I've built a reputation for keeping multiple concurrent initiatives on track without dropping stakeholder trust.

I'm currently exploring Director, Delivery Head, and Technical Director roles centered on digital transformation and large-scale program delivery, and I'm open to remote or hybrid arrangements based out of Mohali, India.
