At CONET Technologies Holding, I administer network infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments for distributed enterprise clients serving more than 2,000 users. I manage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, SSO, MFA, and conditional access across multi-tenant environments.

I handle 20 to 50 second-level incidents each week across Windows Server and Linux systems, using root-cause analysis and SLAs down to 30 minutes for critical cases. I also automate recurring administration and reporting tasks with PowerShell and Python, saving 4 to 5 hours of manual work weekly.

Previously at GEDAKO, I deployed LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure, supported customers remotely and on-site, and maintained Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, VMware, and Veeam environments. My IHK final project delivered a centrally managed Wi-Fi 6 network with 55 access points, 802.1X/RADIUS authentication, and isolated VLANs for an industrial production environment.
