What I'm looking for

I want to keep working hands-on across Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure, taking ownership of migrations, patch and asset management, and building practical solutions—including AI product work like LernBridge360.

I run Microsoft 365 for SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and manage the day-to-day administration of user accounts, licenses, and the server & client setup. In parallel, I keep Exchange and SharePoint environments running, handle Windows Server with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies, and support virtualisation and backup with VMware and Veeam.

I’ve also worked on broader infrastructure and migrations—over 100 end devices across international sites, plus WSUS rollout for central patch management and an i-doit asset-management setup. Before that, during my Ausbildung at Bader GmbH & Co. KG, I supported firewall/VPN and campus networks (LAN/WLAN/WAN/SAN), and I’ve kept building through my KI-gestützte Lernplattform project, LernBridge360.
