What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with growing games, technology and startup businesses on an embedded or fractional basis, providing hands-on talent acquisition, hiring strategy, workforce planning and people support.

I've built gaming, talent and people functions for Karta Creative, Meta, Twitter and EY, partnering with founders and senior leaders on difficult hiring decisions.

At Karta Creative, I built the gaming function and People Operations capability from the ground up, hiring across Game Design, LiveOps, Engineering, Production, Art and Community. I supported growth from approximately 14 to 45 employees across Europe and North America while advising on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management and restructuring.

Now, as an embedded and fractional Talent Partner, I help growing businesses build targeted pipelines, define roles, improve hiring processes and make commercially focused people decisions without needing a permanent in-house TA function.
