At Welthungerhilfe, I lead MEAL for WASH and nutrition programming in Dedza District, including a Handwashing with Soap Doer/Non-Doer barrier analysis and CommCare-compatible XLSForm/XForm tools for field research. Previously at GIZ Malawi, I scaled a national Nutrition Coordination Tool for adoption across all districts and developed a storytelling-based reporting methodology.
I've spent over eight years strengthening monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems across NGOs, government programmes, and community development initiatives in Malawi. Through RMED, I provide MEAL system design, data-collection tools, and training, drawing on results-based management, data analysis, capacity strengthening, and inclusive programming.
