What I'm looking for
I am a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning professional with over 15 years' experience supporting public health programmes, health information systems and policy guidance. I have led M&E design, implementation and capacity building for governments, donors and NGOs across Malawi.
My career highlights include serving as HIS Technical Advisor for a USAID activity, leading MERL for PSI Malawi's reproductive health programmes, and conducting national-level situation assessments and system analysis for the MoH Community Health Information System. I have managed evaluation teams, developed MEL frameworks and ensured data quality and use for decision-making.
I combine formal training in public health, information systems and M&E with hands-on skills in survey design, data management and analysis, DHIS2, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen programme performance and learning.
