What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Java, cloud modernization, BPM, and microservices initiatives where I can guide teams, solve complex enterprise problems, and deliver secure, scalable applications for banking or insurance.

At Tech Mahindra, I lead development and support for a mission-critical Government Payments & Receipts platform serving major government organizations through REST APIs and high-volume file integrations.

I’ve modernized banking and insurance systems for Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance across Tech Mahindra, IBM India, and Softenger. My work includes automating policy issuance and dispatch workflows, moving legacy applications toward microservices, and building real-time PDF generation workflows using IBM BAW, Spring Boot, AWS, SQS, SQL Server, and DB2.

I design scalable Java and Spring-based applications, BPM workflows, ESB services, RESTful integrations, and multi-threaded backend schedulers for financial transactions and settlement workflows.

I lead Agile delivery through solution design, requirement analysis, code reviews, sprint planning, mentoring, production support, and root-cause analysis. I focus on secure, high-availability systems that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
