What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Research Assistant role (15 hours/week, flexible) where I can support academic, market, or policy research—using quantitative methods, SPSS analysis, and clear executive reporting.

I’m a results-driven Project Management graduate with specialized research expertise in organizational behavior and quantitative analysis. In my 8-month thesis, I led end-to-end work on the Impact of Spiritual Leadership on Employee Performance—building a research framework, formulating hypotheses, and designing targeted survey instruments.

Through multi-sector data collection from 100+ employees, I cleaned and analyzed primary data using SPSS, running correlation and regression analyses to validate hypotheses. I also evaluated and synthesized peer-reviewed literature to construct a robust theoretical model, then authored a comprehensive 60+ page thesis and produced clear, actionable executive reporting. I’m now seeking a remote Research Assistant position to support academic, market, or policy research initiatives.
