I've led applied psychology research and community welfare projects from initial direction through final reports, including a mobility assistance initiative with Al-Khidmat Foundation and the Pakistan Sports Council for Persons with Disabilities.

As team lead on a 2–3 month field project, I coordinated a five-person team, delegated stakeholder outreach based on existing relationships, helped arrange mobility assistance, resolved internal conflict, and delivered the final report and presentation on schedule.

My research work includes proposing a thesis on emotional awareness, anthropomorphism, and emotional dependency on conversational AI. I've also led thematic analysis work through participant interviewing, initial coding, theme definition, coding tables, and report finalization, and independently completed a clinical case assessment.

At Grownix Digital, I took ownership of a dormant taxation-law-firm account and proposed a shift toward small-business tax literacy content. I have also delivered freelance graphic design work for Orchid Dentistry & Aesthetics while managing scope and deadlines independently.
