What I'm looking for

I want a key role in the fastest growing technical support field, in a knowledgeable & creative environment, where I can accelerate cloud/infrastructure support using my experience, escalated-call ownership, and migration automation.

I’m a Technical Lead -Cloud and infrastructure Engineering, currently leading a 20-Members team while handling escalated calls and delivering 2nd and 3rd Level of Technical Support. I actively mentor and support L1 and L2 teams for their escalations and end user issues, keeping critical systems stable under pressure.

My core strength is end-to-end migration and infrastructure delivery: I manage Windows, VMware, and Azure server migration through Azure migrate and Platespin tool. I’ve led P to V, V to V, and V to C migrations, built Vmware and openstack infrastructure from scratch, and developed Comprehensive runbooks for server migrations to ensure smooth, efficient transfers with minimal downtime.

I also focus on long-term operational excellence—installing, configuring, and maintaining ESXI hosts; leading ESXI host upgrades and patching; and configuring hardening setting at the ESXI level. I manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), perform patching via WSUS and SCCM, automate server activity tasks using Powershell Scripting, and provide clear SOPs and technical presentations for knowledge transfer.
