I lead global mobility tax delivery at EY in Bengaluru, running a USD 10M Singapore practice and seven multi-country accounts with a team of 25 across Bengaluru and Manila.

My work sits where delivery, people and process meet. I moved most of our account work offshore while lifting margin by 10%, own budgets and capacity planning, and handle sign-off and escalations with onshore partners.

I'm a citizen developer at heart. I built the case to replace our Blue Prism bots, led the Power Automate redesign and an agentic AI pilot, and that work saved 6,000 hours in 2026 and won EY's Transformative Impact Award.
