At EY GDS, I managed the transition of 400+ Human Resources Outsourcing FTEs from across the EMEIA region to Global Delivery Services locations. I also program managed the transition of 135 bots from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop.

I oversaw the Administrative Workplace Services strategic transformation across APAC, targeting a $21 million cost benefit through automation and outsourcing. For the EY@Work Project, I led a team of over 10 project managers working on office consolidation and the employee experience.

At MetLife GOSC, I transitioned seven finance and insurance processes involving 200 FTEs. I also worked on Lean finance integration and the implementation of business process management for client operations.

Earlier, at Ernst and Young, I developed a project lifecycle methodology and established a knowledge hub initiative. I’m PMP, Prince2, CSM, and Agile Change Management certified, with training in Lean Six Sigma and Agile project management.
