I’m looking to lead global marketing strategy that scales conference portfolios and launches new IPs—using data-driven demand generation and strong marketing–sales alignment to deliver measurable revenue impact.

I’m a senior marketing leader with 13 years of professional experience driving global marketing strategy, brand growth, GTM execution, and revenue impact across B2B and B2C businesses. I’ve built and scaled marketing functions—most notably establishing and leading the Global Conference Marketing function for People Matters, owning strategy, planning, processes, execution, and performance across 15+ annual conferences.

I focus on launching new IPs and building data-driven systems that translate marketing into measurable outcomes. From expanding the India Impact House flagship IP and delivering Singapore and London editions to co-creating Humanscope (a podcast IP that led to a ₹2.5 Cr+ sales pipeline with 95% new YouTube subscriber growth), I align brand stewardship, PR/media initiatives, and sales alignment to drive lead generation and audience growth.
