I’m a Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations professional with hands-on experience screening 6,000–8,000 candidates and hiring 30+ employees across tech, design, sales, HR, and operations—delivering end-to-end ownership in 6 months with zero agency spend. I’m fully remote-ready across US, EU, and APAC timezones, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment and high-volume sourcing.

In my Recruiting Operations Lead / COO & CPO role, I built a multi-channel sourcing pipeline across LinkedIn, Reddit, Upwork, Hubstaff, and Wellfound to support global hiring with consistent coverage during US business hours. I automate recruiting workflows using Folk CRM, Polymer ATS, Apollo, Fibery, and Linear—using custom scripts to remove manual steps and reduce time-to-screen.

I also strengthen the hiring outcome by closing offers under a zero-base-pay, revenue-share model—demanding rigorous candidate qualification and persuasive offer management. As part of my remote-first approach, I built and managed a fully distributed team with async communication, cross-timezone collaboration, and accountability without in-person oversight.
