In my Recruiting Operations Lead / COO & CPO role, I built a multi-channel sourcing pipeline across LinkedIn, Reddit, Upwork, Hubstaff, and Wellfound to support global hiring with consistent coverage during US business hours. I automate recruiting workflows using Folk CRM, Polymer ATS, Apollo, Fibery, and Linear—using custom scripts to remove manual steps and reduce time-to-screen.

I also strengthen the hiring outcome by closing offers under a zero-base-pay, revenue-share model—demanding rigorous candidate qualification and persuasive offer management.
