What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data and analytics strategy, build governed data platforms and high-performing teams, and partner with executive leadership on analytics, AI, and measurable business outcomes.

I lead Reporting and Analytics for a private real estate lender, owning the Microsoft Fabric lakehouse, executive and board analytics, data governance, and the data and AI strategy.

I built a Unified Data Model that brings Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, and loan servicing data into governed Bronze, Silver, and Gold analytics models. I also established governance charter, RACI, stewardship, catalog, dictionary, data-quality policies, and an Azure Functions application for field validation and ownership feedback.

Previously, I led BI engineering teams across Amazon in the USA, Canada, and EU, improving reporting efficiency, engineering efficiency, inventory optimization, and operational data quality. My background also includes enterprise BI at Parkmobile and consulting on data warehousing, dimensional modeling, analytical cubes, and reporting.
