What I'm looking for

I’m interested in digital operations, social media, customer support, AI-assisted workflows, e-commerce and technology. I’m available for on-site, hybrid or remote work, and for legal part-time employment in Greece, up to 20 hours per week under my current student status.

I founded and independently developed Toplum, a digital content project across Telegram, TikTok and YouTube. I grew its Telegram community to 7,000+ subscribers and its TikTok audience to approximately 40,000 followers, with individual short-form videos reaching more than 1 million views.

At Toplum, I produced short-form videos from concept through editing and publishing, and used platform analytics to assess audience response. I managed community activity and advertiser communication, and the project network was sold to a private buyer in 2024.

I developed and deployed AI-assisted Python Telegram bots for customer support, advertiser enquiries and digital product purchases. They included customer and administrator workflows, payment processes and automated delivery; I maintained the hosted bots and resolved technical and integration issues.

At Wildberries, I managed day-to-day pickup point operations, processing orders, returns and customer complaints. I also sold locally retained inventory through Avito, creating listings and product visuals. I’m interested in digital operations, social media, customer support, AI-assisted workflows, e-commerce and technology.
