I'm seeking a 100% remote Community Manager role where I can help protect the brand, maintain rapid response times, and deliver high-quality engagement.

At Self-Employed / Freelance, I manage daily community moderation across Instagram and TikTok, keeping responses aligned with brand guidelines and handling sensitive inquiries.

I grew an organic personal community to 11,000+ followers through structured engagement, proactive audience management, and trend analysis. I also use Meta Business Suite and TikTok scheduling tools to manage content and incoming messages.

I’ve collaborated with local HORECA brands on digital assets and audience interactions under specific client guidelines. My experience includes content moderation, sentiment tracking, and filtering spam and toxic comments.

Before that, I provided non-voice customer support at Cosmote e-Value (OTE Group), following response protocols, escalation trees, and SLAs. My HORECA experience includes work as a Head Chef and Sous Chef, with responsibility for kitchen operations, quality control, and inventory logistics.
