What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can strengthen employee lifecycle operations, improve onboarding and HR processes, support employee relations, and ensure labor-law compliance while contributing to a supportive, high-performing workplace.

At Instashop, I managed end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, from onboarding high-board, managerial, and mass-hire roles to complex separations, payroll updates, leave requests, insurance, and labor-office procedures.

I've improved HR operations through customized onboarding plans, HRIS implementation, benefits administration, employee-relations investigations, policy training, and compliance with Egyptian labor law. I also served as the point of contact between the company and outsourcing providers, with hands-on SLA and EOR experience.

Previously, I led projects and trained teams at Tempo Fit while supporting recruitment, workflow improvement, quality assurance, and AI-powered fitness device training. My earlier HR roles at Sobek Sports and Abdeen Stone strengthened my experience across recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, and HR records.
