At Zeidler Group, I owned organisation-wide QA strategy for Legal Financial Services and RegTech products, standardising testing practices, tooling, QA hiring, and career frameworks.

I led delivery across 5+ concurrent IT and AI product initiatives, managed teams of 15–20, built a 15-person QA team from the ground up, and reported delivery status to C-suite stakeholders. I architected an AI-first Playwright automation framework that reduced manual testing by 50% and increased test coverage by 40% across a 500+ test-case portfolio.

Previously at Warner Bros. Discovery, I guided QA for OTT mobile and TV applications, eliminated 70+ critical issues before launch, and reduced manual testing effort by 40% through Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber automation.

Across Turtlemint, Hexaware Technologies, Cox & Kings, and Softlink, I’ve delivered quality for finance, insurance, e-commerce, travel, and logistics ERP products through shift-left testing, performance testing, release governance, CI/CD automation, and Agile delivery.
