I've led end-to-end QA delivery at Tech Mahindra for global BFSI, payments, healthcare, telecom, and ITSM programs, managing distributed teams of 30+ engineers. I established and scaled enterprise Testing Centers of Excellence with standardized quality processes, automation frameworks, and risk-based continuous testing.
I drive test strategy through release sign-off, covering requirements, planning, SIT, UAT, production readiness, defect governance, and executive reporting. My hands-on work includes Selenium, Playwright with TypeScript, API validation, SQL testing, automation reviews, debugging, and CI/CD quality practices.
I've delivered client-facing programs for organizations including Mastercard, AT&T, Ericsson, Eli Lilly, McCain, Telia, TDC, and DGF Germany. I also use generative AI tools including Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Appginiez AI to improve test planning, design, automation, and defect analysis.
