I’m a Senior QA Manager with 16+ years of experience in Software QA leadership, test strategy, automation, and team management across Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, Retail, E-commerce, and Healthcare. I’m known for strengthening release quality governance while keeping stakeholder communication crisp and outcomes measurable.

I lead and manage scrum teams of up to 30 QA engineers, and I’ve scaled QA organizations from 3 to 10+ engineers supporting multi-product portfolios. I set testing roadmaps, define KPIs and estimation, and drive release confidence through UAT sign-off, risk handling, and release approvals.

My automation and quality improvements consistently reduce risk and waste. I introduced an automation framework that delivered 30–40% reduction in manual testing effort, leveraged AI tools to reduce manual effort by 40–50%, and improved defect leakage from 50% to 20% across critical releases.

I blend strong execution with continuous process improvement and root cause analysis.
