What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a business development role where I can lead sales, generate and convert leads, run market research, and consistently meet revenue targets. I want a supportive team that values negotiation, customer satisfaction, and disciplined sales/operational execution.

I’m a Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in business development and sales management, focused on reaching targets and delivering results. I’m energetic, well spoken, and highly competent in consulting clients and building lasting relationships.

Across roles including Assistant Sales Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Business Development Officer (BDO), Community Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager, I’ve led day-to-day sales and operational coordination. I prepare quotations, prospect and follow up with clients, coordinate with marketing teams, and maintain accurate sales records and service follow-through.

I bring a strong negotiation and relationship approach—analyzing customer needs, developing and sustaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided. I also support proposal development, market research, and surveying customer and market feedback to refine solutions.
