Currently, I serve as an Administrator at Peak Surgery Center of Avondale and Peak Cardiovascular Center, where I successfully launched a new cardiac surgery center by coordinating vendor installations and creating essential policies and workflows. My efforts have led to a significant reduction in operating costs and improved staff retention rates. I am passionate about audit readiness and have implemented rigorous documentation standards to ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements.

Previously, as the Manager of the Cath and EP Lab at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, I increased case volume and revenue through innovative tracking systems and improved coordination with anesthesia.
